SHIPPING/RETURN POLICIES

All orders will be shipped within 2 - 5 business days Monday through Friday. No orders will be shipped out on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

All orders will be shipped via standard UPS Ground or USPS - Priority Mail or First Class Mail ONLY - whichever is most cost-effective unless otherwise indicated.

Any order with special request shipping (NEXT DAY, 2ND DAY, ETC.) will be notified of the cost and asked to approve the charges WHETHER OR NOT THEY REQUEST IT. Too often customers do not realize how costly such requests are and then get upset when they see the charges. To avoid any misunderstandings, we will send a notification of what the charges are and ask that you approve them.

All returns are to be made within 30 days for a full refund. Sorry, but we can only accept UNUSED product for refund/credit. Refund/credit takes place as soon as the item is received at SalonAmerica. DO NOT JUST SEND THE PRODUCT BACK - please notify us first that you are sending an item back.

Sorry, NO RETURNS ON CLEARANCE ITEMS.

All orders shipped to New York State are subject to 8.125% New York State Sales Tax.

We only ship to addresses within the United States.
